ICEJ-Canada national director Donna Holbrook recently addressed a large rally in front of City Hall in Toronto where thousands of Christians and Jews gathered to demand the release of the Israeli hostages still held in Gaza.

Donna told the Toronto gathering about the Christian Embassy’s long record of support for Israel, her experience of being in Israel when the war started last October, and of all the ICEJ’s urgent relief efforts ever since. “It is important we know one another, and that we stand together,” she told the mixed Jewish-Christian audience. The event culminated with a song by the IDF Chief Cantor Shai Abramson. Similar rallies were held in Montreal and Vancouver to mark six months since the hostages were abducted by Hamas.
